Dear Sir/Mam, i was order a mobile phone on amazon.in on 26/7/21 and delivery committed by amazon on 27/7/21 but still i am chasing for delivery and 2 times already complained .
i have a plan for surprise gift for birthday today.
so i requesting you to raise complained for penalty to amazon because customer care executives are said there is no procedure for penalty.
