I have shipped Mangoes on 16th March’23 from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. Estimated delivery time was 20th March’23. It reached Destination hub on 18th but was not delivered. I have raised a ticket and was constantly escalating it to support executive daily. It only got delivered on 25th March’23. The mangoes got overriped and cannot be eaten. Shipment is 5 days delay which had caused the damage. It had impacted my GOODWILL and loss of 3176₹. I need my refund. AWB NO. TDSP0315220653. Ticket no. 159370.
