Text of Complaint by Pratyush:

Hi,
I had ordered a Phone on 8th October ’22 during the great Indian Festival. My order was expected to be delivered on 10th October ’22. But unfortunately I was not contacted by the deliver team on 10th and it was shifted to 11th October.
On 11th October, whole day I was not contacted by any delivery person. In the evening around 8 pm the delivery agent called me from a location which was 3 kms away from the delivery location and told me he cannot come today. He will come tomorrow.
I raised issue and complaint with the customer care , they told me it will be delivered by next day EOD.
On 12th October , I waited patiently the whole day, I was not contacted by anybody. Again in the evening at 8 pm the same delivery boy contacted me saying the same thing that he is 3kms away from the delivery location he will deliver it tomorrow.
On 13th October, Today I contacted the delivery person. He told he will be delivering it by 2pm and i was patiently waiting. But now he is not picking my calls and its already late.
My product is fully paid, my money is with Amazon , what kind of service these people are providing. They don’t even care about somebody’s money and time. Now even if I cancel the order I will be the one waiting for my own money to come in my account for several days and I will be the one who will not get the required product which is a necessity for me. This is the worst service I have ever received from any e – commerce company.
