I ordered men black and white colourblocked IDP sneakers from Myntra, the product had to be delivered yesterday but the receiver couldn’t pick the call so delivery failed. Today when I am trying to track the parcel, it’s showing that receiver didn’t pick the call but the delivery guy never called.
Request you to please look into this and deliver my parcel at the earliest.
Also, I called your customer care number 800208188, and it was scam they were asking me to pay 5 Rs for fast delivery. Please look into the matter.
