With continuous follow up regarding the delivery did not receive any solution.
I have order a laptop on 25-july 2022, and that product suppose to deliver on 31st July i.e. Sunday, for this earlier i requested the customer care to deliver the product one before as it will be easy for me to receive the delivery , but no one responded the on this just got a reply everytime your due date is 31st and will deliver to you by that time , only for that one response I have to visit to office specially to pick up that product,
After wasting my whole day their i didn’t receive any update just one update today is your due date please wait till 7 pm we will surely deliver the product to you but at 7 Pm after wait for whole day call customer care then they told me that your product is shipment sorry we can’t help you out in this you will get delivery by 3rd of August
But as per screenshot attached showing product is in gurugram since 30th of July
Not even getting any complaint request whichever complaint I was raising during calls.
I suppose to start my work form 1st of August but due to delay in delivery lost my project.
For this i want a complete compensation from Flipkart at the earliest
