I Had booked my KIA Sonet HTX on 8th Nov 2021 and the dealer has advised that there is a waiting period of 4 months. Now i am calling them they are not ready to provide me the delivery date and it is approaching for 5th Month which will be due on 08th April 2022. I am very much upset with KIA as it was my first car and also my dream car which i was unable to get the delivery for my daughters birthday nor my birthday.
when i called the dealer they told i shall not even get the car in the month of April 2022. My question is why there is a wrong commitments given to the customers?
why there is no proper updated to the dealer. I realize that i made a mistake by choosing KIA which i never expected and this is the level of service. i shall surely recommend my known persons regarding the issue and make not to prefer KIA as they do not stick to their commitments.
Hence i need the delivery on the 5th Month as committed by the dealer or KIA Motor India Pvt Ltd should be held responsible in providing the delivery.
