Text of Complaint by Masooma J:

I have ordered medicine on 8th Nov which was supposed to get delivered by 9th or 10th it’s 14th Nov today and no update on the same. I have called the call centre dey are very rude and unhelpful, there is no option to cancel the order online and it’s already prepaid. The agents are only escalating the matter but no outcome nor has anyone from the company called to enquire, it’s very frustrating to follow up with unprofessional company
