Text of Complaint by muthu krishnan:

Dear Madam/Sir,

Amazon has failed to deliver the product on time. For the very purpose of getting things delivered on time I have also taken a subscription for Amazon Prime. When I had called the customer care they initially told that the product was not Amazon Fulfilled and so cannot do anything from their side except for informing the seller about my concern. If it had been Amazon Fulfilled thy would have ensured that the product to be delivered within stipulated time. After I had disconnected the call, I went and checked my product. There it was clearly mentioned that this product was Amazon Fulfilled. Now when I contact the customer care again the guy was saying that only if a combination of Cloud tail and Amazon Fulfilled was mentioned they can take action. I see this as totally misleading and a bogus trick to deceive customers and making them buy products from their website as the customers have already taken a prime subscription and expecting the product to be delivered in time.
