had placed an order on the 12th of April and was promised that my order will reach me by 06 pm same day at 17 th April . it will expending the delivery date changed to 19 th of April. The product has reached the nearest delivery hub since 19 th 09.00 am and it’s still not delivered to me. It’s my official phone and i am facing huge losses as i am not able to login
The customer service team of flipkart is least bothered, the only answer i get is that they are not able to reach their courier / logistics partner
