I had ordered samsung M21 and Iphone11 on 16oct I guess and samsung fone was to b delivered on 19 oct but till date hasn’t been delivered.. everytime a msg comes that agent couldn’t contact me ..infact I tried innumerable calls to the agent but he never picked the call .. secondly regarding iphone .. it’s at Gurgaon facility since 20 Oct and was suppose to reach me today .. even that did nt arrive .. for 5 days it’s in Gurgaon and hasn’t been delivered .. customer care executive says he will reschedule it and can’t do anything else wen I told him I hv a flight to catch day aftr and need boththe products by 26 Oct in anycase.. as a consumer I feel harassed by this attitude..I request pliz resolve asap and both products be delivered by 26 Oct positively.
