Text of Complaint by Poonam Jaiswal:

My name is Poonam Jaiswal and my registered mobile number is 9831007286  and subscriber id-1153636202(Tata Sky).

Address-138/124 Dakhindari Road Hari Om Dham kolkata-48

Due to Amphan cycloan on 2oth May 2020 my tata sky connection got disturbed ,my dish is intact but still due to some other issues my tata sky connection is showing unavailable.

I started  calling the tata sky customer service from 21st May requesting for an service ,they gave me assurance that service will be provided soon and i will get a call regarding the request within 48 hours but nothing as such happened till date .I called tata sky customer service in every two days since Amphan cycloan but received the same response and to actual action or reason as why i was being cut off from providing service.

It also happened once that i got to know that my service request was cancelled on 23rd May without any reason.

As a customer I am highly disappointed  from tata sky services if this behavior continues i will have to contact some other operator for DTH services.I have registered a complaint against tata sky in National Customer Helpline.
