It has been a week in Mumbai and I have been chasing their service team to close my account. I have contacted their call centre 10 times and by now, I know almost half of their team out there. Hence, I had no other choice, but to place the request to close the account , a decision.
Background: their brilliant engineers , who had come to survey and install the new dish, were unable to do it as they did not receive the signal at the junctions, which were top of their sight. On suggesting alternative locations, we were curtly told that their tools would get damaged. They virtually absconded from their duties and refused to take Since, 4th when exasperated , I have put the request for cancellation of the account the entire Tata sky team has absconded. Everyday, my money, which I used to activate the subscription is discreetly filling the coffers of Tata sky, without me and my family getting to watch any channel. Kudos to this excellent process of revenue enhancement by cheating customers. All possible TATs have been surpassed and everytime I call, I get an extended date and am told by the spineless call centre that the back -end team will revert. I am running short of adjectives in how pathetic and insensitive the customer care team has become.
