Text of Complaint by Susan Karian:

Been trying to change my Airtel plan since the 11th. It’s been 10 days but issue is not getting resolved. Airtel customer service has been very disappointing. Meanwhile I hope you are not charging me as per my previous plan. Today I was told to wait another 2 days. It’s been an endless cycle of waiting each time we call. Please note the original request was 10 days back. If I call to remind it should not be treated as new request and I should not be made to wait another 48 hours each time since the original request was made on the 11th.

Each time I’m told you are really sorry, we will prioritise, we will escalate the matter. But it seems like lip service no real action  is taken , customer support and complaint redressal  is really poor. I had a very different image of Airtel and I have been an Airtel customer for all mobile and broadband services in my household.
