This is with regard to my Airtel Broadband and fixed line connection # 080 4152 3214.
I had the service for over 4 months.
I currently have 40mbps speed and have been waiting to get an upgrade to atleast 100mbps. However, the new fibre technology is not available in my locality as confirmed by the Airtel technical team.
Airtel is not cancelling and charging me every month.
Please arrange to cancel/deactivate the services as I need high speed internet for my work related video calls and HD streaming.
