Sir/madam

I am customer of airtel from last 12 years with mobile number 9632227268. I have recently registered for airtel broadband connection and paid the amount Rs.2828/- on line on 22nd July 2020.The airtel person called and confirmed the CAF number -80308237.The airtel contact person number is 8553469403.The airtel person is not lifting my call and not responding till now. The engineer also not visited.

I have disappointed from airtel service. I am thinking to shift my post paid connection and pretty paid connection of my wife to other net work.

We request you to resolve immediately… To whom I need to speak with regard to this. I don’t have clue.
