This is to bring to Your kind notice that I am Solatana Bibi a bonafied customer of Airtel telecom service. Actually my Airtel SIM which was more than 10 years old (number 9668555320) has been blocked from August after then I immediately visit to my nearest Airtel Store ( Jagatsinghpur, Odisha) but they were unable to resolve my issue & refer me to Cuttack, Odisha Airtel Store which is actually situated at College Square, Cuttack, Odisha. Cuttack Airtel Store Madam Ms. Rupali told me due to mismatch of name Your sim card has been blocked please submit a new ID along with Rs 350 for a fresh same number SIM card but immediately You have to pay Rs 25 for an inactive SIM, after activation of Sim you will pay rest amount till that SIM card should not be inserted into the mobile she instructed me. I did as She instructed but it’s around more than 45 days past neither SIM has been activated nor she is picking my call or assisting me in this regards.
I request to You kindly look into the matter & investigate the truthness.
