Dear Sir/Madam,
Against Mobile No – 9945456550 Sim Holder name is Vijalakshmi.
Yesterday Raised complaint against SIM Registration, Airtel customer service person from Shimoga confirmed that it will resolve in 24 Hours but still now Sim is Not Registered. I don know what is the problem in Airtel service and we are not getting the proper updates.
We are struggling after using Airtel sim from Past 15 Days, Kindly activate SIM for Time being we are ready to Port to another network.
Please take the necessary action and do the needful.
