Hi,
I’ve port my existing airtel prepaid connection to postpaid on 14th Aug 21. The executive came to me and collected the KYC documents and said that within 20 mins will get the new postpaid sim activates. But after 24 hours also it’s not been activated and I visited airtel store to inquire the same, he said that there is verification pending and would get the verification call on the alternate number. But didn’t get any call since 30 hours. AMD my old prepaid sim got deactivated.
Now I don’t have any network connected on my contact.
How weird it is and how irresponsible the team is??
