Text of Complaint by Pallavi vij:

Due to some problem with the old set top box for digital airtel tv a complaint was registered. The engineer came to change the set top box on 28.10.18 and assured activation within 24hrs. Its been more than 5 days but the new set tox box remains unactivated till now despite repeated and daily complaints. Address this issue pleasebecause the airtel customer care is of no support and help.
