I have ordered a real me 9 pro mobile order ID OD226133533965718000 on 30/10/22 in flipkart big billion days and stating that will get mobile delivery on 1st oct 2022 from last 6 days i haven’t received product
And i lodge complaint on 2nd oct22 but still my issue not resolve not got any product and i have ordered as birthday gift and your pathetic service spoil all my situation and increased my mental harresement by follow up , surprisingly I m plus member. Request consumer forum to resolve issue surprisingly I m plus member i have multiple order
never experience pathetic service.
As per product status this product reached to nearest HUB but still product not deliver till today

I am have fed up with multiple calls to flipkart customer care but they are just dropping same error logistic issues. No specific reason not shared
I shall be entitled to claim compensation for mental harassment and frustration situations create because I have not receive the Delivery within the time period agreed within the time period as provided in the Policies by flipkart.
