Respected sir

With due respect I want to say I booked or purchased on (15 th April )my Ola vehicle .
With assurance and confirmation of delivery befor 10 th may .

. But when it’s delayed I called to toll free no.
080-33113311 .they said registration started .
But from a number

Registration team call me that your Insurance is not done properly without specifying anything .
After 3 days another number
+91 91255 42550
Call me to deposit money 12540rs in given link with upi to re insurance vehicle .
What should I do?
I want to cancel but they told it’s not possible ?
I am really feel harassment and torture by Ola company workers .
Kindly do the necessary action to deliver the vehicle urgently .almost daily I have called them
It’s more than 3 month now
