I had ordered a semi raw silk aline top for my daughter from Iha designs Alleppey (online website) on Jan 9th and it was said that it would be delivered within 20 days, as a customer who has previously purchased from the site before, I trusted them but it took 2 months for them to deliver the product!!!!! It was delivered on March 17th and that was after continuous messaging and commenting under their social media pages. So they simply gave a poorly made product that was visibly stitched hastily as the fitting was completely off and the fabric was a completely different one altogether. Instead of semi raw silk vichitra silk was given. I’m sure if it weren’t for the continuous messaging it wouldn’t have been delivered at all. When we questioned about the fraud regarding the material and delay they’d asked to return the product but now they’re refusing to refund it and are sending back the same product again!!!! This is not acceptable. I want my refund of 1300 rupees back
