Hi,

kotak credit card staff are misbehaving to me due to payment of credit card which is due date of 08.03.2021.

already informed them will pay the amount on 08.03.2021, but they are insisting to pay by today only.

 

how you use if you are not pay. i have voice call recording proof

 

normally bank will charge if we are not done payment fully.

 

please do the needful
