Text of Complaint by Ilyas Mohammed.:

Me and my husband was walking at Calangute Beach road for the lunch around 4.30 as we were so hungry. one of the guy stopped us and gave two free gifts card and one card was selected. We went with him at Hotel Adamo The Bellus for explanation. They sign up us for one hour and took 2 &1/2 hour. Three people spoke to us one by one, but the last one the manager name Amit he was so rude, degraded us in talking. Forcing too much to take membership immediately. No talking sense at all. We have requested from the starting to let’s have lunch first, but from the start to end they were not allowing us to go. Fine Comapny Policy hoti h k baqra ek baar aaye tou jab tak kat nhin jata jane na paye. That Amit the manager was too arrogant that he sent his junior along with us for lunch. we took that innocent girl for lunch after 3 hours finally. We were so upset that is there such a company who can degrade customers for not taking the membership immediately. We were told full one hour we agreed anyhow but all over their discussions, forcings, not allowing us to go out for a lunch, sent their junior with us for lunch so that we could come back for membership. We didn’t apply for their membership at all. we dropped that girl at their office safely and went away informing them about the rudeness of Amit. Don’t stand on the road for gift cards at all. 3 hours will get wasted with degrading your image.
