I am a customer of AirTel (No. 3004216509) and using TV connection of the firm since last 09 years. There is a problem of the card of the setup box of AirTel i.e. the card is not getting inserted fully into the setup box and it gives a message ERROR CODE -01. I had lodged a complaint with the customer care (East) of the firm (complaint No.89681655) since last 10 days. Service engineers of the firm have visited twice and advised to get a new card from AirTel. Accordingly, I have gone to AirTel franchise holder M/s Pragnayan agencies at Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. There they tested the Setup box and the card. It also displayed ERROR CODE -01. Since they could not provide the card, they advised to visit another franchise holder of AirTel at Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar. Although I contacted the franchise holder at Rasulgarh several times, but no body picks up the phone there. So my TV is off since last 10 (ten) days. I am also lodging complaints to AirTel customer care (East) . Every time the promises of the firm goes in vain. I am supposed to get the services at my door step. Unfortunately, it is yet to be resolved simply because of replacement of a card of the setup box. THIS IS NEVER EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL. I hope the problem will be solved by coming Monday i.e. 10th June, 2019 failing which i will be compelled to take shelter of appropriate court of law along with compensation for my humiliation and sufferings.
