I purchased data card and monthly plan of Rs.599+ tax from formerly idea which now vodafoneidea.
>Data network services was always inadequate with limited connectivity mostly whenever I was away from my base location Nagpur.
>problem was brought to notice of the service provider several times but no positive or resolve provided and no honest effort was made by the service provider other than lip service. Problem remains.
>I continued making monthly bill payments. Since I always made payment online, there were delays in few occasions due to non availability of vodafone network during my outstation visits. Even then I paid the Late Payment Charges. The places I visit on my official duty are all well connected places like Raipur, Bilaspur, Bhopal, Katni, Satna and many such places where other data card network services were available smoothly.
>Lately the subject Data Card even was providing very limited network support or no connectivity at times even in my base location Nagpur. For other locations no network support was available. I brought these problems to the notice f vodafone idea seeking resolve but they remain careless. I visited vodafoneidea store at Nagpur various occasions.
>About six months ago Store officials informed that since they have migrated from 3G To 4G Network, the subject Data Card services will not work and they neither suggested me anything or taken any action to provide me Services as per my purchased Monthly Plan.
>As a disciplined consumer, I continued paying monthly bills although no Data Card Services were available or provided by vodafoneidea.
>I have made several communications to customercare and corportaecare in vodafone but resolve to my problem is still awaited.
>Vodafoneidea continuously sending me bills and chasing for payment which are not payable as they have not provided any services since last almost one year. However I stopped making payment since July.
>Since Data Card remain defunct and no services were provided, I claimed refund of last two months charges I paid as a token of their acknowledgement of no services provided.
>However now with their most careless attitude towards consumer grievance, I intend to claim refund of last one year charges which I have paid to vodafoneidea.
>Request for support in resolving the issues and refund of charges paid.
