Greetings. I am Shashikiran and I have been an Airtel customer for the past 5 years in some form be it DTH Connection or Mobile Connection. Currently, I have an Airtel DTH Connection that is inactive now. But, I have paid the price for the INFINITY PACK for my DTH connection. The connection was started in July 2018. But, the connection and the setup box stopped functioning since August 2018. I have contacted airtel for assistance for more than 10 times. They will send a person for assistance and he deemed the problem as unsolvable. Even, the customer support lied that I only contacted 3 times about this issue. I feel really disheartened about this issue and I plan to withdraw my connection and terminate my connection. Even though my connection is inactive, I am being charged through the annual pack. And, I also plan to terminate my other DTH Connections and broadband connections and mobile connections and plan to switch networks from the 15th of March. Please coordinate. I paid a total of INR 5800 and I am unable to withdraw it. Also, Airtel Claims that some representative will contact me to reimburse the amount. But, none of them contacted till date.
