I started using Airtel Black Service from November 2022. Four services (2 DTH, one broadband and one postpaid) were bundled together. Only few benefits were highlighted and no further information was provided. After using it for 6 months, I realized that the DTH services have been automatically shifted from prepaid to postpaid. One of the DTH service I have not even been using for 4 months but paying for it every month. When I came to know and called the so called dedicated customer service, I was told to pay due amount of around 1000 rupees to change the service. One day after that due amount became almost 2000 and when I paid the same I was told there is more unfilled amount of Rs. 400. When I requested the customer care to unbundled it, they kept on insisting me to pay the amount otherwise they will keep charging the amounts. I feel totally cheated as a customer.
