The two individuals whose names are IDRIS and Francis Kasarachi with the palmpay accounts 9550826222 and 9550697849 are using the accounts to defraud people using the name AIM investment platform. I have also be defrauded by them. If these accounts can be frozen pending investigation, it will help a lot of people. Thank you
