Text of Complaint by Mahua Tiwari:

I had taken a pre payment kerala package from SOTC travel ! After the payment b2c sales person pallav mehere didn’t Updated me rather i was asking about everything! When i package started I was only provided with driver name n phone and vendor name .i was NOT provided kerala vendor company registration number,no adhar card of driver, No vehicle registration number was provided! ENTIRE 7 days i was in insecure situation with fear, getting looted, dominance of eat here , go there, visit there! Vendor allocated driver try to fool me by forcing me to opt for 4000 shikara boat ride where as the actual cost was only 1000rs. Last day in kerala i was having sightseeing of waterfall and i was not updated by kerala vendor n driver about the no network problem! I was blindly roaming on the unknown roads for more than a two hrs.when i get the network i updated vendor about the situation but he didn’t act anything rather he keep me walking like mad ! Finally I got a Kerala police man who help me to track my vehicle n driver ! After two hrs later vendor is texting me to hire a private car n reach to hotel which he could have guided me when i was connected! After coming back to Noida i updated each n every thing to Thomas Cook sotc customer support VENDANTI and day one I am asking for action against pallav mehere who had allocated my trip to such people.Till now no action taken against such sale’s person as sotc Thomas Cook is only asking me to take refund! I want justice !
