I am writing this letter to you to complain about the poor quality of the material used I observed in the shoes I recently bought.
my name is Omar Ahmed
and I would state that I bought a pair of shoes from your store on __/__/____. ______
I regret informing you that a product with such a good reputation came out to be poor in quality. There was a problem in the colors of the shoes, so i went to the store and as i didn’t have the reciept they told me they can’t do anything, but then after a while i found it..so i went back to them but they told me again that there was nothing to do as it’s been a while now!
Being a regular buyer of your Brand’s products makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.
