I purchased the premium plan from NextWave Algo, priced at ₹49,999, and made an initial partial payment of ₹10,000 as agreed, to evaluate the premium features before committing fully. Despite assurances, my account was only granted access to the basic plan for the past three days, which severely impacted my trading operations.
Subsequently, the company changed the terms, stating there is no monthly plan and requiring full quarterly payment for premium activation. This contradicted the original arrangement and caused both financial and operational inconvenience.
Despite raising multiple complaints and sending emails to hello@nextwaveinvest.co.in starting from [insert date], I received no response for over three days. Moreover, my algo trading account was suspended without any prior notice or support from their side.
The premium plan offered was priced significantly higher compared to other algo software in the market. However, it delivered very poor results in terms of profits and limited strategy access. Even during a strongly bullish market, the algo generated minimal profit and stopped making trades early in the day, failing to capitalize on key market movements.
I express deep disappointment over the lack of transparency, poor service, abrupt policy changes, and absence of support, which severely affected my trading and trust in the platform.
I am not seeking any refund, but I want the company to acknowledge these issues and consider improvements for better transparency and service in the future. I also reserve the right to discontinue using the platform after the current plan period.
