I recently got Tata sky connection and availed free Tatasky binge offer for a month. When the authorised service provider connected the device to our TV, he faced audio issues. So he took the set to check in his office and said there is no defect in the set but returned only the device and not the remote. After enquiring he says he hasn’t taken the remote . Till today we are not able to use the offer. Please take required action and sort the issue immediately.
I am really disappointed to the cold responce shown by Tata Sky team. I even called to the customer care no on 14th and 15th. Really this is unprofessional and disappointing against the standards shown by TATA group.
Through mail I have complained on 5th oct,20, 15th oct,20 and 19th oct20.
