NOT GETTING SIGNAL FROM 30TH AUGUST, 2021. LODGED COMPLAINT ON 2ND SEPTEMBER, 2021 . TATA SKY TECHNICIAN DOES NOT TURN UP AT ALLOTTED TIME.

WHEN ASKED TO DISCONNECT AND REFUND THE BALANCE AMOUNT MAINTAINED WITH THEM, I WAS ASKED TO HAND OVER THE HARDWARE FIRST, WHICH IS OWNED BY ME, THEN ONLY REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED.

ARM TWISTING POLICIES BY TATA SKY.

1. WHATAPP COMPLAINT DOES NOT WORK.
2. COMPLAINT NUMBERS ARE NOT REACHABLE.
3. TECHNICIANS DOES NOT TURN UP.
