Am a close to 11years customer of airtel and am sharing the email which have sent(3days back) to appellate team which am yet to get a reply on and seek the intervention on the samebefore taking the legal and the media route

This is to bring it to your notice about the continuous problems and repeated false promises and absolutely unprofessional service regarding my landline and broadband connection(08042158010) and i strongly say that justice delayed is justice denied and my continuous problems about frequent disconnections and very unprofessional service of Airtel and clear case of deficiency of services . I have called atleast 50 times in the last 60 days and people of team leader and above have promised atleast 15 times and requested for 48hours of time each time and they mentioned everything will be taken care about frequent disconnections and the entire bill waiver because of deficiency of service and the last promise was made by a floor manager who promised about listening to all the recordings and doing the needful on the commitments ( promised 3days back) but as usual it turned out to be another false promise .
Altjought I wish to continue with Airtel but the services and unprofessional services andfrequent disconnections forcing me to take the drastic step for separation and your nearest competitor is able to provide at much lesser cost
Herewith I am left with no choice to escalate this and take the legal route and the media route after resorting a mail to you and will proceed on legal and front on the front and already my legal consultant has mentioned it is a clear cut of deficiency of service and the entire rentals whatever I have paid in the last 11 years can be claimed along with the mental agony emotional disturbance and the financial losses caused because of this
My entire bill needs to be waived off and already being harassed because of outgoing and internet barred for few days already and repeatedly tried raising disconnection requests but never took up by the customer care team and each time false promise and commitment was made , I shall wait for the next 24 hours and proceed legal and media wise .
I seek justice at the earliest.
