it was in march that i first noticed the inefficient cooling of my double door refrigerator . i registered a complaint with the customer care and a technician came in to repair the same . this was the time when the fridge was on warranty period. ever since then this issue kept on repeating and i had to repetedly call technicians to fix it . finally in december this issue occurred again and i once again registered a complaint with Panasonic team member on December 13th 2023. after 2 weeks a technician inspected the fridge and informed that the a particular part had to be replaced . it was ordered and ever since then there has not been any updates for the same . gradually the freezer section also stoped working. i had repeatedly contacted the service team who everytime casually responds that they have escalated the issue and there will be a call back . now this has been going on for 3 weeks straight . finally on a call with the team they informed that the part has been ordered from japan! and this has been going on for another week . i contacted with mr akhil , the area service manager who assured that the refrigerator would be fixed by the first of january 2024. later today when i enquired regarding the same, the team says the part is going to be dispatched only by 13 of january. all this time i have faced mental torture , loss of money, time and energy . moreoevr my family has been repeatedly falling sick because of improper food cooling and food degradation . i live in a join family and it becomes really difficult to cook 3-4 times a day for 10-15 members and that is the main reason why i chose a double door refrigerator for more space and conservation of time and energy . right now the refrigerator has failed to do everything and anything that they have advertised and promised as brand and as a customer they have failed to fulfill their obligation and their service team has caused deep sense of tension and presure on me . the refrigerator continues to be a mere e-waste at my home . as a resolution i would like a brand new refrigerator or a maximum compensation for all the atrocities that my family has faced. i have completely lost trust in the brand Panasonic and they have been a fraud in the customer policies and advertisement .
