Dear sir, maam,
I reported to call centre regarding disconnection of electricity by calling 1912 on 27/06/2023, 4pm.
It’s been more than 2 days nobody visited the site and 1912 call centre has been updated falsely by JE that problem is resolved.
I followed up continuously with call centre and local lineman but nobody visited till now.
