My IVRS no is N1402016792.
In June, 2022 my meter stopped working. Electricity bill increased heavily for next 3-4 months. On 07/10/2022 I filed the complaint at window by visiting the mpeb office rewa. My meter got changed on 09/03/2023.
Due to delay by mpeb, my bill increased heavily for more than 6 months.
I paid the said amount by JE.
After 2-3 months again same problem happeneed. When I reported this I was said that meter has turned fast.
Services of mpeb is going on very casually.
