Deficiency in Service, Wrong Delivery, Partial Delivery, and Failure to Resolve Despite Multiple Follow-ups

Text of Complaint by Rabiul Ahmed:

I placed an online order with Ghar Soap bearing Order ID #5104660 and paid ₹2,896.00 in full. The original order included 1 Mystery Gift, 3 packs of Magic Face Wash with Saffron and Lactic Acid (2 paid + 1 free), and 8 packs of Magic Soap (Sandal Wood and Saffron Soap) under the BUY 4 GET 4 FREE offer.

On 4th December 2025, the seller marked the order as fulfilled (Delhivery Tracking No. 30422031406910). However, the delivery was incorrect and incomplete. The incorrect items received were later picked up on 13th December 2025 via Delhivery (Pickup Order No. 509446326_3788970), which included six (7) packets of Magic Face Wash with Saffron and Lactic Acid and one Aqua Soap.

On 15th December 2025, I received another delivery, which was again partial and incorrect, containing only 4 packs of Magic Soap (Sandal Wood and Saffron Soap). Till date, the seller has failed to deliver the remaining items, namely 1 Mystery Gift, 3 packs of Magic Face Wash with Saffron and Lactic Acid (2 paid + 1 free), and the remaining 4 packs of Magic Soap.

This is the second instance of incorrect and partial delivery, even after confirmed pickup of wrongly delivered items. Despite repeated follow-ups and sharing proof such as the invoice, photographs, and unboxing video, the seller has not resolved the issue or provided a confirmed resolution timeline. This clearly constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing significant mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
