The internet service provided by Reliance Jio in Ayodhya, Faizabad has been poor regularly and has been wven worse for last two days, from oct 4th 2020. It has resulted in inability to join online classes. I have lost 5-6 of online classroom sessions of University for my bachelor’s degree in law which can affect the quality of education and my result in final examination.
In these times where the world is inclined towards online teaching it is critical for internet providers to ensure a good network coverage and speed.
While my online class in in progression, I am.unable to join because of poor network. E-mail and other obvious general and critical internet services arr also slow which has aggravated the loss of study and affected day-to-day online chores.
Very basic internet service like sending and receiving simple Text Messages on Whatsapp is also affected, which leads me with no ways of quick effortless contact.
Basic internet service is the right of consumer, which has been denied. I expect to have atleast a minimal lowest bandwidth Speed to send simple text messages iver internet after a payment of around 500 rs for the internet.
I am unable to attend online classes conducted by Lucknow University for LLB (hons) 5th year, its my final year thus it is crucial that i attend the class but due to poor network, low bandwidth speed I can’t attend the online class.
I am inserting the speed yest run by the Google through attachment. This is below the most basic internet requirements which is a right, specially when the consumer has paid for such service.
