Text of Complaint by A.S. Kishor Kumar:

On 11/08/2020 one Tata Sky Service Centre, called me through Mobile No.8197563393, and send their technician vide his mobile No.9080263158, and made service. I have paid total amount of Rs.1000/- [Rs.200/- Service Charge, Rs.700/- Extra Fitting and Tips of Rs.100/- as per their demand. But from 12/08/2020 Morning again Network is not coming. That on 12/08/2020 I trying to call to above said 2 mobile numbers. But they are Not responding saying unreasonable execuses.

This is deficiency in service from their side.

Please I request your good self to take action against them and do the needful.
