Text of Complaint by S. NITHIN GANESH:

My Airtel digital TV service not resumed even after 7 days on relocation. I have been talking to Customer Care but they were highly evasive and irresponsible. Everytime I talk they play the blame game and pass the buck between Technical Team and the Technicians who reinstalled the set top box.

Also the Technician who visited first time advised buying upgraded set top box and we spent another Rs.2000 without any use. Also the Technician collected Rs.600 without any receipt. All this happened on 1st June 19 and since then we are deprived of services as no channel is coming. The set top box is yet to be activated causing mental agony and denial of our due right to watch TV programs as we have promptly paid all our dues.

Airtel chose to ignore all our complaints and still date none of our emails got replied.
