Text of Complaint by Vikram Singh Rajput:

There is serious deficiency in Service, I am facing internet issue since 6th of August. I have raised a request on 8th August 2024 regarding the same, however I have not received any response, nor any latest update on Airtel App. The only update I had was a engineer called “Rahul Sharma” being assigned on my request and he was supposed to contact me on 8th August. When I reached out to him he confirmed that he does not have any such request. Post that no updates are available on app. I have reached out to customer complaint desk, have spoken to the supervisor thrice. Yet I do not seem to land anywhere near resolution. Today is 11th August and I have been asked to wait till afternoon 12 pm to hear back from Airtel which I am sure of that I will not get any communication.
