Whereas I ordered for lightening stand through Amazon for a cost of Rs. 1599/- but today I. e. on 7.1.2022 on delivery I found broken article in the packing. Now, Amazon is neither showing return option or replacement of the goods delivered. So, It’s a cheating on the part of supplier, who just cleared/delivered his broken goods on the edge of Amazon and tainted goodwill of reputed agency/app like Amazon in the ligitimation of common public at large as well as Amazon is also defaulter app, which is hiding my return options just for the sake of it’s benefit. Doctrines of ood supplier, fair trade practice and bobafide buyer are totally defeated.
