Dear Sir,

My name is Raghunath Singh , I am 75 years old my Consumer number is 13410007795 Meter No.-NB10149880 Sanction Load is 5.0kW and my address is VILLMUZAFFARPUR(M CORP.), TOLAWARD NO 49 PANCHMUZAFFARPUR(M CORP.), BLOCKMUSHARI DISTMUZAFFARPUR BIHAR.

I had recharged my account dated 19/05/23024 of rs.2000 and on 21/05/2024 Rs.947 deducted from my account as Defermant charges along with daily consumption charges.

As per my record my sanction load is 5.0kW and my meter load never crossed this load capacity then why this amount Rs. 947 deducted as Defermant in my account.

Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

For reference I am attaching few screen shot of my app. through which I recharge and track my Electricity Consumption.

If this problem will be not resolved within two working days I will be bound to complain in the consumer forum about this fraud .

Please revert back as soon as possible.
