I had purchased the water purifier from Eureka Forbes on 09/08/2021. I am attaching the invoice of the same for your ready reference. However on 27/12/2021 my water purifier stopped working and I complained to the company. Their people came and told me that the filter needs to be changed and I had to pay Rs. 2,550/- for the same. I told them that I had purchased the equipment just four months back and why should I have to pay Rs. 2,550/- for the same. However he insisted that the filter is not covered in the warranty and I will have to pay. Now my water purifier has stopped working again and again your staff has stated that my filter needs to be replaced and I will again have to pay Rs. 2,550/- since my consumption of water is high I will have to replace the filter every 4 months. This is the most ridiculous argument that I have heard. I have been using their water purifiers for more than 20 years and nobody has ever given me this argument. I have been repeatedly writing to Deepa regarding this issue however after assuring me that she will be addressing my issue now she has informed me that as per their system the issue has been addressed from their end and my complaint is closed. I therefore wrote letters to CEO. but I only got empty assurances but my water purifier was not replaced. I refuse to purchase a water purifier for which I have to pay Rs. 2,550/- every 4 months for replacing the filter. I therefore request you to please call upon Eureka Forbes to replace my water purifier immediately
