This is in regard to the brand new OnePlus TV U Series 55 U1S. I bought the tv OnePlus TV U Series 55 U1S on 22 September and it was delivered to me on 24 September 2022 (from Amazon). the installation was done on 26 September 2022 the television was working fine at the time of installation. However, on the 5th of September, the tv screen was flickering and a black screen is showing. Immediately I requested service (as the replacement window closed on the 4th) but haven’t received any response neither from oneplus or amazon. I am extremely disappointed by this purchase and expect to get replacement of the television at the earliest. I tried to reach oneplus but I couldn’t. Amazon said that this matter is not up to them so I should contact the brand directly. I want my money back.
