Text of Complaint by Narendra Babu:

Kodak TV was purchased thru online from flip kart in the month of May 2022. After some months, Slowly lines started to appear on the screen and gradually increasing from day to day.
After complaining to Kodak customer care, they sent a mechanic and inspected for the defect and gave a conclusion for the TV to be replaced and cannot be repaired.
After that many mail correspondence were made, but no person is replying to the mail nor I am able to connect to the toll-free number provided in the warranty book.
Issue brought to the notice of flipkart authorities, but blindly they are raising a complaint and after a week stating it as resolved.
