Text of Complaint by Shweta:

Purchased Samsung 43 inches TV in Jun month and the device has got a display problem, low volume, remote doesn’t work properly. After 10 days of raising the complaint engineer from Samsung visited the home and says, will change the display. However, it is a defective piece, as it got problem in span of 2 months Im asking for a replacement, however, the team is denying to do it and saying will repair and give it. But I strongly doubt it can create problems again and since it is in the warranty now, Samsung is giving service, but when we get problem again when its not covered in warranty they will charge very high. I dont want the defective TV, need a replacement only.
