I purchased a Tata Voltas Deep freezer few months back, and i started using it in July, since then its the third time the product has stopped working. Everytime the sales person comes and takes 3-4 days to resolve the issue. But this time its been a month . Everytime i contact them they say they will come in 24 hours, but there is no revert back from there side. Because of them all my products which are supposed to be kept in the freezer are spoilt. I want to return the product.
